Since writing my original rich jerk review it seems that my article has made it close to the top of the Google search results for Rich Jerk. Today I decided to see exactly who my competition is. At the time of this writing my review is showing up #3 on Google. The 2 sites above me are the official rich jerk site, and this other one called thank you rich jerk. This second one is another e-book, which I hadn't looked into at all until today. It is very inexpensive compared to the other Jerk book, so I decided to purchase a copy and write a review.

One of the first things that impressed me is that it includes an e-book cover generator, which was worth the price alone in my opinion. If you've ever created one of those by hand in photoshop you know how big of a hassle it is. This is vital because if you plan to sell digital products, people are much more likely to pay money for something that has a physical representation (they can imagine it as a real book). If the rich jerk has taught us anything it is that the best way to make money online is to sell digital products. They don't cost you anything to reproduce (other than bandwidth), and people are very willing to pay for them to get instant delivery. Anyway back to the "thank you" review.

This product also includes another ebook about writing killer ads. I am pretty excited about reading this book, and have begun reading it but can't comment on it yet. I am however glad that I have it since I'm not much of a salesman. Just in the first few pages that I've read so far I have taken several notes of ways to improve some of my sales pages.

As for the Thank You Rich Jerk book itself, I'm not as impressed with it as I am the official jerk book. If you are already up and running with web sites you'll find yourself saying "yeah yeah yeah" as you scroll through the first half of the book (chapters 1-3). If you are a beginner however, this would be pretty valuable information.

Overall I don't feel anywhere near as inspired as I did with the other book. I believe that some of the advice about SEO (Search Engine Optimization) in this book could actually do more harm than good. Specifically the sections about meta keywords and mass search engine submission services. One thing I did appreciate though was the complete lack of the "join my affiliate program and help make me richer" that the other book has in it.

In closing, I still believe this product was worth the money, but moreso for the things that came bundled with it rather than the book itself. Unless you are very new at trying to make money online, I suggest the rich jerk instead.

I disagree with you COMPLETELY. I bought both the Rich Jerk’s Ebook and ThankYouRichJerk’s ebook and the thankyourichjerk’s ebook was WAY more informative adn offered more ways to make money without investing. It also gave details and precise steps about what to do – unlike the rich jerk’s. And when i wanted more info I contacted holly the author, and she responded right away and offered so much more info I couldn’t believe it.

Its obvious that this cheaper book is just a wannabe, rich jerk copycat. Holly’s book is a joke in my opinion. The official rich jerk book is much better.

I think the book is great only for begginers really, or for those who want some inspiration :) having said that, you would probably still find at least one thing new =)

Listen – it is obvious that the guy above is just trying to cash in on the Rich Jerk’s success as an affiliate. I bought both books. The honest truth is that they are both of equal caliber. Some of the things i learned in the cheaper book have made me money already (I bought it last week). So far I haven’t made any from the tips in the Rich Jerks book. So for me – the cheaper book has been more profitable for me. the customer support is also unreal – unlike with the rich jerk. ..because I have emailed both of the authors. Hope this honest review helps balance things out.

The Rich Jerk is a pretty good eBook, but Thank You Rich Jerk is not (if anything its just a less amusing, watered down version of the original ich Jerk eBook).

HOWEVER there are better ebooks out there. I personally found Google Profits to be very good (or is that Google Cash?!? lol).

Anyway heres a site I found when searchng for ebook reviews on MSN – there are 2 obvius winners in the affiliate marketting game (which are Rich Jerk, and Million Dollar Affiliate):

I enjoyed both of them but I think that if your experience lies somewhere between Novice and intermediate you are better off with ThankYouRichJerk.com and if you are between intermediate and advanced then you will want TheRichJerk.com

The thank you rich jerk e-book written by Holly Mann is a much better deal! The Rich Jerk’s book recommends paying for advertisement and I couldn’t get any responses to my emails either. Holly is very nice and answered all my emails!

I recomend both books on my site. I first read “Rich Jerk”, and then purchased “Thank you Rich Jerk” because I simply didnt believe it. After reading them both side by side I can honestly say that they complement each other. I agree with Michael above who stats that the customer support is excelent by Holly Mann… She does an absolutely spot on job providing HONEST and objective trade to all her customers. Great job Holly! In the end its got to be an individual choice. Or just choose both like I did :) Happy trading !

Thanks for posting the review. While I haven’t read the book by Holly Mann, I have read the Rich Jerk several times and absolutely loved it. I have made some money from the strategies he provides. Also, I was so impressed by his book, I decided to create a much more detailed look at his product.

Here’s the deal.. They are both excellent ebooks. I’d recommend anyone to buy both of them. I’d suggest you buy Thank you Rich Jerk before you buy the rich jerk ebook, just because Holly Mann tells you where to go to get started if you have little start up money. When you are done reading her book, the next step would be to get the rich jerk ebook.

Most appropriate indeed, the entrepreneur must know what he/she wants and where they stand in-terms of their knowledge of Internet Marketing. Rich Jerk only caters to one of these.

Rich Jerk knows his stuff, there is no other way to look at it. Those people that complain saying that his methods are too complicated are either too lazy to learn something that could make them millions or are plainly too stupid.
